User Agreement

By creating an account, browsing the portfolio, or requesting services, you agree to these operational terms. Novruzov & Co. sp. z o.o. operates as a limited liability company governed by the Polish Commercial Companies Code.

• Account OperationsUsers can independently open, log into, and close their accounts through the website. You are strictly responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and ensuring your profile information remains accurate.
• Rental & Service RequestsSubmitting an equipment rental request through the platform serves as an inquiry, not a binding contract. All final rentals require a separate physical or digital agreement upon equipment handover.
• Limitation of LiabilityThe website is provided “as is.” The company is not legally liable for indirect damages, technical outages, data loss, or financial losses stemming from the use of our digital platform.

• Exclusive OwnershipAll media, including photography, cinematic films, and portfolio assets displayed on the platform, remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Novruzov & Co. sp. z o.o..
• Prohibited ActionsVisitors and account holders may not copy, download, distribute, or commercially repurpose any portfolio content without direct written authorization from the company.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory provisions that may apply under the local laws of a consumer’s habitual residence within the European Union. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation dictates otherwise.
